We have had a number of customers ask us if the Amish make kitchen islands and work surfaces, and we are happy to report that they do. The Amish make this one of solid oak, in an attractive raised panel design, and they didn’t stop there - it is on wheels! There is a 10” overhang on 3 sides you that you can sit right up to it, and the back features 2 drawers, and open storage below them concealed by a couple of cabinet doors. There are so many uses for this product, and it is so handy. You can use it while preparing meals in your kitchen and wheel it out of the way when not in use. You can use it for a handy place to enjoy informal means in your kitchen or dining room, or set it up as a bar - either permanently or bring it out for that special event - the Amish seem to have covered all the bases.
